现在基本上每个APP注册时都有短信验证码，这就有倒计时的需求了，本来以为很难，在网上搜了一下很多代码，直接拿来用，真是soeasy!
话不多说，上代码：btn_time.setOnClickListener(this);//获取验证码按钮
