获取post传来的数据

web.input(),获取url参数，返回值是类似于字典的key-value对,可以用于GET和POST。
web.data(),获取实体正文，返回值是一个字符串，只能用于POST。

            filepath=x.myfile.filename.replace('\\','/') # replaces the windows-style slashes with linux ones.
            filename=filepath.split('/')[-1] # splits the and chooses the last part (the filename with extension)
            fout = open(filedir +'/'+ filename,'wb') # creates the file where the uploaded file should be stored
            fout.write(x.myfile.file.read()) # writes the uploaded file to the newly created file.
            fout.close() # closes the file, upload complete.

上面的GET方法实现通过手动在页面上操作的输入，可以写爬虫请求实现输入代替（运行上面再运行下面）：

res = requests.post(url, files=files)
