Responsibilities

Requirements

A bachelor degree or higher in computer science, physics, engineering or mathematics.

3-5+ years of working experience in software development will be required.

Extensive experience in Microsoft development environment and related technologies.

Solid knowledge of application designing.

Strong ability of debugging, prototyping, performance tuning and problem solving.

Good written and speaking English.

Responsibilities:

 

 Conceptual and detailed design of the user interaction for specific features (including low fidelity wireframes, task analysis, UI flow charts, and high fidelity Photoshop mockups representing appropriate layout and control relationships)

 Assist in creation and maintenance of interaction and style guides for UI

 Assist domain experts on the team with research and specification development; provide training and leadership by example in user-centered design methods

Coordinate and facilitate usability tests and other customer research to validate existing and future feature design (including paper prototype testing)

 Provide expertise in user research activities including persona creation, heuristic evaluation, interviews, and site visits including ethnographic observation and/or CI

 Create and analyze quantitative customer satisfaction data measures

Track development issues and drive closure of design projects related to improving usability

Maintain familiarity with other Autodesk products to ensure compatibility with features shared across our product family

Consult with others in the division and company on user interaction design as required; provide leadership in methods and deliverables for user-centered design processes.

Part of the Media & Entertainment Division’s Quality Assurance team, the candidate for this position will be working in collaboration with the North America testing team, and will be called upon to test the usage and functionality of 3d software such as Showcase, Mudbox, 3ds Max and other 3D DCC software on a variety of operating systems. 

Technical skills;

• Bachelor/Master degree in Industry Design, 3D Animation, 3D design and computer science or computer graphics, or equivalent 
• Professional user experience of 3D animation/design software experience such as 3ds Max, Maya, MudBox, Zbrush, Showcase etc. Min 1-2 years user experience is required.
• Knowledge of general QA techniques and skills 
• Familiar with Windows operating system, Mac/Linux is a plus. 
• Working knowledge of MS Office software; Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Soft skills;
• Good English written and verbal communication skills are an absolute requirement

Design, develop, implement, and maintain automated tests using TestCompete or other automation development tools as necessary.

 Experience in API (Application Programming Interface) testing.

 Education:

Serve as a result-oriented and self-motivated .Net application developer to deliver on-time and defect-free enterprise applications. Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing and maintaining web-based .Net applications to serve MicroStrategy’s worldwide user base. Need to be able to work in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision.

••Design, develop, and modify Microsoft ASP.NET applications, C# .NET components, Web Services, and Enterprise Services components.
