igbinary 安装：https://github.com/igbinary/igbinary/tree/branch-2.0.1
php5.6安装需要选择2.0分支

/usr/local/php/bin/phpize 
 ./configure --with-php-config=/usr/local/php/bin/php-config
make && make install
php.ini 添加  extension=igbinary.so

libmemcached 安装：https://github.com/php-memcached-dev/php-memcached/tree/REL2_0
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/libmemcached --with-memcached
make && make install


memcached 扩展安装：
wget http://pecl.php.net/get/memcached-2.2.0.tgz
tar zxvf memcached-2.2.0.tgz
cd memcached-2.2.0
/usr/local/php/bin/phpize 

./configure --with-php-config=/usr/local/php/bin/php-config  --with-libmemcached-dir=/usr/local/libmemcached  --enable-memcached --enable-memcached-json --enable-memcached-igbinary
make && make install
php.ini 添加 extension=memcached.so
