istio-helm方式安装问题

$ helm upgrade --install --wait istio .
WARNING: Namespace "default" doesn't match with previous. Release will be deployed to istio-system
Error: UPGRADE FAILED: [unable to recognize "": no matches for kind "attributemanifest" in version "config.istio.io/v1alpha2", unable to recognize "": no matches for kind "attributemanifest" in version "config.istio.io/v1alpha2"

如果打开mixer,有可能出现上面的问题。

参考helm中的values.yaml文件，里面有说明：
  # Include the crd definition when generating the template.
  # For 'helm template' and helm install > 2.10 it should be true.
  # For helm < 2.9, crds must be installed ahead of time with
  # 'kubectl apply -f install/kubernetes/helm/istio/templates/crds.yaml
  # and this options must be set off.
  crds: true

先执行：
kubectl apply -f install/kubernetes/helm/istio/templates/crds.yaml
然后在安装：
$ helm upgrade --install --wait istio .
