上一篇文件介绍了salesforce访问外部url获得数据，这里介绍一下使用salesforce来创建一下Rest api；salesforce的api 可以创建为以下几种：

Annotation	Action	Details
@HttpGet	Read	Reads or retrieves records.
@HttpPost	Create	Creates records.
@HttpDelete	Delete	Deletes records.
@HttpPut	Upsert	Typically used to update existing records or create records.
@HttpPatch	Update	Typically used to update fields in existing records.

1.创建一个api
