Position: Several postdoctoral positions

Lab: Diffusion Imaging & Connectomics group

Work in our group focuses on developing innovative diffusion image analytics and multi-modal connectomics using graph theoretic and machine learning approaches, and applying these advanced tools to clinically relevant applications. Current projects involve work on multi-compartment models, edema-invariant tractography and integrating structural-functional connectivity, and their application to brain tumours, traumatic brain injury and autism.

Area/Direction：

The different positions involve work in

(1) diffusion microstructure with application to brain tumours and traumatic brain injury;
(2) connectivity analysis with machine learning to integrate structure and function, and
(3) multisite data analysis, with applications in traumatic brain injury and autism.

All projects have a strong emphasis on method development but require the subsequent clinical application of the same. The positions call for interaction with clinical collaborators.

Requirement：

Candidates must have a background in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math or MR Physics. Experience in diffusion imaging is a plus. Good programming skills is a must. Applicants should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
