Cisco Switch IP 地址错误定位

2008/9/30  Server Room 3台 Cisco Switch 突然所有端口灯同时闪烁，且可以 ping 通 201.2.1.4。

 

因为原201.2.1.4是分配给 Cisco 2610 Router与 XM 连接的，4个月前关闭该 Router。同时用户看 Mail，使用 Mis会时断时续的。故此现象很异常

处理步骤：
1. 使用工具“MAC地址查询扫描器V1.8增强版”，扫描出IP地址异常为：
IP地址  MAC地址   设备
201.2.1.3 0004-2777-2780  思科系统公司(Cisco)/美国
201.2.1.5 0004-2777-1A00  思科系统公司(Cisco)/美国
201.2.1.4 0004-2777-45C0  思科系统公司(Cisco)/美国
2. 用 Console 线联入 H3C Switch，通过 H3C Switch 来再次确认201.2.1.4为 3台 Cisco Switch 2900XL 产品中的一台。即：
进入 H3C Switch 命令行，用 dis mac-address 找出 MAC 地址对应的 网络端口。判定是Cisco Switch
2. 用 Console 线联入 Cisco Switch，但因不知道密码，故无法进入特权模式，但可以看到设备名称，判定是中间Switch对应地址为 201.2.1.4。设备名称 Swich02
3. 用备用的 H3C Switch 来更换 Cisco Switch02
4. 用附件所示的方法将Cisco Switch02的 enable 密码破解，重新设定密码
5. 进入Cisco Switch02的特权模式，更改 IP 地址

 

附件:

Cisco 2900xl/3500xl/2950/3550密码恢复

  一、将一台终端或装有超级终端软件的PC接到交换机的console口上。终端参数设置如下： 
  速率：9600bps 
  检较位：无 
  数据位：8 
  停止位：1 
  流控：无 
  二、拨掉电源 
  三、插上电源，同时按住前面板的mode键不放，等到前面板端口1的LED绿灯灭后松开mode键。你会看到如下提示： 
  The   system   has   been   interrupted   prior   to   initializing   the   flash   file   system.   
  The   following   commands   will   initialize   the   flash   file   system,   and   finish   loading   
  the   operating   system   software: 
  
  flash_init 
  load_helper 
  boot 
  四、输入flash_init，回车 
  五、输入load   _helper，回车 
  六、输入dir   flash:，回车 
  注意：不要少了flash后面的冒号，屏幕出现如下提示。

  七、输入rename   flash:config.text   flash:config.old，回车 
  八、输入boot，回车后重新引导系统。 
  九、当出现如下提示时，输入n： 
  Continue   with   the   configuration   dialog?   [yes/no]   :   n 
  十、用en进入enable状态，并将文件config.old改回config.text，命令如下： 
  rename   flash:config.old   flash:config.text 
  十一、将原配置装入内存，命令如下： 
  2900#   copy   flash:config.text   system:running-config 
  十二、修改密码： 
  2900xl#conf   t 
  2900xl(config)#enable   secret   (new   password) 
  2900xl(config)#exit 
  十三、退出到用户模式，按en进enable状态，验证密码是否修改成功 
  十四、将配置写入nvram 
  2900xl#write 
  
  这样的话，交换机的新密码就可以恢复到用户设定的字符。
