Make table maintainable in productive client

changing the table maintenance’s Maintenance object (Tcode SE54 menu path Environment -> Maintenance object -> Change and setting the ‘Current Setting’ checkbox.). This table is a transportable table and needs a transport but in a ‘productive’ client then this table can be changed without using a transport.
