安卓计步器stepCounter无法执行onSensorchanged()的内容

计步器的实现参考了https://www.cnblogs.com/hemeiwolong/p/12631585.html

然而在计步器可以初始化，却无法执行onSensorchanged的内容！

后来发现是build.gradle的问题。

sdk的版本不能在29及以上——

apply plugin: 'com.android.application'

    compileSdkVersion 28   //是28以上就不行

        targetSdkVersion 28   //是28以上就不行

虽然感觉这样不是根本原因，但既然能跑就OK了吧。
