问题：

老的vue前端代码在新环境部署不成功，执行命令：npm install

出现异常：

解决方案：

在管理员命令窗口输入： npm install --global windows-build-tools --save

再输入node-sass npm install node-sass@4.12.0 --save（或指定版本）
然后再次运行看看结果，亲测是能够成功解决问题的。

PS：如果遇到了Node Sass could not find a binding for your current environment这个问题，输入npm rebuild node-sass 命令来解决。
