1、The way I see it / As I see it

以我之见，美语中很常见的一种说法。例句：

The way I see it, this is totally a scam and you should never believe what they said.

2、In my opinion / In my mind

opinion意思是：意见；主张。当想发表自己的意见和看法时可以先说“In my opinion”之后再阐述自己的观点。

In my mind, they are fabulous," she said.

3、I think / I personally think

表达意见最常用、最普遍的方式，正式与非正式场合皆可用。

4、In my view 

比较正式的表达，并且通常在讨论重要问题时使用。例句：

In my view, they made a huge mistake in not selling the company when they had the chance。

5、It seems to me / All things considered

这两个句式常用来表达经过深思熟虑后的意见。例句：

It seems to me that they are spending more money than they need to attract new talent into the company。

All things considered, I think we made a wise choice in recruiting James。

6、If you ask me

这个句式可以用来表达建设性的批评或意见。有时，人们甚至会在没有被询问意见的时候使用这个短语。例句:

–“If you ask me,…。。”“依我看…”

If you ask me, she has spoilt her children far too much。

7、To be honest /To tell you the truth / To be frank

如果需要说些不讨喜的话，这三个短语能派上用场。例句：

To be honest, I preferred it when you were blonde。

To be frank, I thought her acting was simply terrible。

8、Frankly speaking

这是一种更亲近和直率的表达意见的方式。例句：

Frankly speaking, I don’t know what she sees in him。

9、Personally

通常用来强调表达的只是个人意见。例句：

Personally, I think the CEO should apologize for his appalling behavior at the shareholders meeting。

10、To my mind / As far as I’m concerned

如果觉得别人可能不会同意的意见，可以使用这两种表达中的任意一种。例句：

To my mind, private education is better than state education

As far as I’m concerned, tennis is a much more interesting sport than football。
