SQL> create user testuser identified by pwd default tablespace users Temporary T
ABLESPACE Temp;

用户已创建

SQL> grant connect to testuser;

授权成功。

SQL> commit;

提交完成。

SQL> alter user testuser quota unlimited on users;

用户已更改。

SQL> commit;

提交完成。
SQL> quit
