RAC+DG切换遇到的问题

主库为RAC，切换时，一定要先把一个实例关闭，只保留一个实例，才能切换。

出现上面的错误是因为备库未开启监听，导致主库有一部分日志未传输到备库，主备库不一致。

开启备库的监听，主库两节点开启，日志自动传输到备库并应用。

然后关闭主库一个实例，另一个实例再次执行上述命令。成功。
