androidstudio 导入一个新项目一般出现这个问题的决解办法:

在build.gradle 添加：

以下代码：

buildscript {
    repositories {
        jcenter()
    }
    dependencies {
        classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.2.0'

        // NOTE: Do not place your application dependencies here; they belong
        // in the individual module build.gradle files
    }
}
allprojects {
    repositories {
        jcenter()
    }
}

有时候不用jcenter() 而是 mavenCentral()
