When installed oracle jdk from ppa:webupd8team/java, I got this error

"install: cannot stat ‘javaws-wrapper.sh’: No such file or directory"

That is because some files under directory /var/cache/oracle-jdk6-installer have been removed.

We should reinstall oracle-jdk6-installer again and make these files back, then the installer will do the proper settings.

$ cd /var/cache/apt/archives

$ sudo dpkg -i oracle-java6-installer_6u45-0~webupd8~8_all.deb

after this, the installer will continue to do the unfinished install job and do the final settings about java.
