Rust开发crates.io换国内镜像源

使用默认官方镜像，一直Blocking…

尝试了中科大的镜像，会报错：

error: failed to download from `https://crates-io.proxy.ustclug.org/api/v1/crates/cargo-generate/0.5.0/download`

Caused by:
  [35] SSL connect error (schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092013)

使用清华大学的镜像也没成功…

replace-with = 'tuna'

[source.tuna]
registry = "https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/git/crates.io-index.git"

最后在gitee找到一个可以正常使用的镜像：

[source.crates-io]
replace-with = "gitee"

[source.gitee]
registry = "https://gitee.com/Aloxaf/crates.io-index"

OK，正常。
