Dynamic Performance Tables not accessible

创建User后，授权了Session和Create Table权限。
但是在Select all_tables出现以下错误：

Dynamic Performance Tables not accessible,
Automatic Statistics Disabled for this session

You can disable statistics in the preference menu,or obtanin select
priviliges on the v$session,v$sesstat and v$statname tables

DBA Table和All Table看样子还是会有权限上的问题。
主要是因为开了PLSQL Developer 的统计功能所引起的，在 Tools->Preferences->Options里
把Automatic Statistics前的那个勾去掉，保存就可以解决了。
当然，如果仅仅是user_table就不会涉及到动态表的权限问题上了。
