Grouping things are the organizational parts of UML models. These are the boxes into which a model can be decomposed. There is one primary kind of grouping thing, namely, packages.

 

群组元件是UML模型的组织部分．在群组元件里的模型允许被分解．包是最基本的群组元件．

 

A package is a general-purpose mechanism for organizing the design itself, as opposed to classes, which organize implementation constructs. Structural things, behavioral things, and even other grouping things may be placed in a package. Unlike components (which exist at run time), a package is purely conceptual (meaning that is exists only at development time). Graphically, a package is rendered as a tabbed folder, usually including only its name and, sometime, its contents.

 

包是一种通用机制，作用是组织好设计本身，与类不同的是，它组织的是实施结构．架构元件，行为元件，甚至是其它群组元件都可能被包含在包里．与组件(存在于运行期间)不同的是，包纯粹是个概念(这意味着它只存在于开发期间)．在图形表现上，包表现为一个带有标签的文件夹，通常在文件夹上显示包的名称，有时也会显示它的内容．

 

Packages are the basic grouping things with which you may organize a UML model. There are also variations, such as frameworks, models, and subsystems (kinds of packages).

 

包是你在组织一个UML模型时最基本的群组元件，它也有些变体存在，如框架，模型及子系统(包的类型)．
