github访问速度慢hosts修改，github图片不显示

进入C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
增加以下内容到hosts
修改hosts时可能提示没有权限，复制hosts到桌面，修改后
复制到etc目录下，替换掉原hosts文件即可。
