很多情况下我们都需要去读取配置文件，这样能使我们的配置更加丰富，用法更加灵活。

以下是具体做法：

1.需要jar包 commons-io-2.0.1.jar

2.实例如下：

    protected static Logger logger = LoggerFactory.getLogger(Configuration.class);
    private static Properties properties = new Properties();

    static {
        try {
            //假定message/common.properties是必须的
            ClassPathResource resource = new ClassPathResource(
                    "message/common.properties");
            String configDir = StringUtils.replaceOnce(resource.getFile()
                    .getAbsolutePath(), "\\common.properties", "");
            //遍历config目录下的所有properties文件
            Collection<File> files = FileUtils.listFiles(new File(configDir), new String[]{"properties"},false);
            for(File file:files)
                properties.load(new FileReader(file));
        } catch (Exception e) {
            logger.warn("加载系统配置属性文件失败!",e);
        }
    }    
    /**
     * 获取错误代码对应的错误消息
     * @param code 错误代码
     * @return
     */
    public static String getMessage(String code){
        return properties.getProperty(code);
