dashboard通过qaaws连接bex不显示数据

1，基于BW query创建universe 

2，基于universe 创建query as a web service (Qaaws)

3，在DASHBOARD中通过Qaaws展现数据

问题：

通过Qaaws预览可看到正常数据，但在DASHBOARD内不显示数据

query带一个可选参数，通过Qaaws预览传参或不传参都能得到正常数据，

在DASHBOARD内，不传参能得到正常数据，传参后就得不到数据（参数值没问题）

搜索SCN，发现一篇文章http://scn.sap.com/thread/3204049，错误描述如下

We have a problem with BO 4.0 web services created in QaaWS tool. Query as a Web services used in our dashboards does not recognize Prompts we send. As a result, dashboards does not refresh or bring any data.

 

We also saw another problem with WebI web services, when I try to create a webi web service and select objects inside webi as filter and when we publish the web service we cannot see that object as input (filter) in dashboard design.

 

I have tried these problems with different kinds of universes and different systems. I connected to 6 different customer systems with SP4 and they all have the same problem. We will be opening a note to SAP on this problem. We have some BO SP2 Patch 13 and 14 systems and web services and dashboards are working without any problem there. When we export the same dashboards to BO 4.0 SP4 they just don't work at all.

 

Would any one be able to test this problem in his environment to see if the same situation exists. Or if yours are working, how did you manage to work this one out?

There is indeed an issue with predefined filters when being used in Qaaws ( even BI web services ) on all BI4.0 patch levels. They are totally ignored by Dashboard Design but in the Qaaws preview you can see the correct result. This problem is currently under investigation

this has been fixed in Patch 4.1 which is now available for download
