LeetCode 709. To Lower Case

Implement function ToLowerCase() that has a string parameter str, and returns the same string in lowercase.

Example 1:

Input: "Hello"
Output: "hello"

Example 2:

Input: "here"
Output: "here"

Example 3:

Input: "LOVELY"
Output: "lovely"

     public String toLowerCase(String str) {
        if(str == null){
            return str;
        }
        char[] array = str.toCharArray();
        char[] result = new char[array.length];
        for(int i=0; i< array.length; i++){
            char ch = array[i];
            if(ch >= 65 && ch <= 90){
                ch += 32;
            }
            result[i] = ch;
        }
        return new String(result);
    }
}
