监听配置格式：

生成的如下：

打开IDEA中Settings如下：

找到File -> Settings -> JRebel & XRebel 点击Chanage license，填写URL和邮箱地址

点击Chanage license！

有时候激活失败，自己去下载工具：https://github.com/ilanyu/ReverseProxy/releases/tag/v1.4
启动后：激活地址： http://127.0.0.1:8888/{GUID}
GUID 同前面生成方法一样

local changes

去掉勾选 version Contorl -> commit -> use non-modal commit interface
