安卓模拟器不能启动：The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occurred

出现了这个错误，发现错误的原因，在于端口冲突，因为之前安装了豌豆荚，这样，豌豆荚和adb端口冲突了，所以解决办法是打开任务管理器，杀掉豌豆荚的进程就可以了

 

上面所说的是一个原因：

还有的原因是因为你已经开启了一个模拟器，所以不能再开启

 

下面附上详细的解决方法：

报错：

The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.

\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.

解决办法：

 

解决方法1 ： cmd跳到sdk tools文件路径下 adb kill-server 然后再adb start-server

解决方法2： 如果上面的方法还不能解决问题，比如报了如下的错误： 说明你的错误可能来源是端口冲突，这里主要是来自于豌豆荚的端口冲突，打开任务管理器，找到豌豆荚的进程，结束进程 然后执行如下命令： 这样，正常启动 打开eclipse，启动，便可以正常使用了
