What time of day does the option to submit a revision or resubmission expire?

The option to submit a revision or resubmission will expire at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time on the due date.  If you are the submitting author you will need to contact the editorial office of the journal to request an extension after this deadline.

IEEE SCHOLARONE系统提交修改稿的过期时间。

IEEE系统以EST (东部标准时间）为参考时间。所以修改稿件的提交时间是due date当天，东部时间的11:59pm。一般是北京时间后的13个小时左右。
