找不到strcasecmp 和strncasecmp 两个函数。

在很多文件中都有调用这两人个字符串比例文件，因为对makefile不太了解，不知道怎么去编译自己添加的.c文件，所以只好在每一个有调用strcasecmp 和strncasecmp 函数的文件前面添加

static int strncasecmp(char *s1, char *s2, register int n)
{
while (--n >= 0 && toupper((unsigned char)*s1) == toupper((unsigned char)*s2++)) if (*s1++ == '/0') return 0;
return(n < 0 ? 0 : toupper((unsigned char)*s1) - toupper((unsigned char)*--s2));
}

static int strcasecmp(char *s1, char *s2)
{
while (toupper((unsigned char)*s1) == toupper((unsigned char)*s2++)) if (*s1++ == '/0') return 0;
return(toupper((unsigned char)*s1) - toupper((unsigned char)*--s2));
}
