1、reconstructing signal from a small mumber of measurments without any prior for X(blind cs),this problem is impossible to solve.

   In order to guarantee a unique solution we need some addition constraints.There are many possible constraints, there focuss below:

   1) P is one of a finite and known set of bases;

   2) P is sparse under some known dictionary;

   3) P is orthonormal and has a block diagonal structure.

now，we just discuss third constraint，and introduce OBD-BCS algorithm.
