Privacy Policy & Technical Support

The Application respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the Services. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, the Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, the Application will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the Application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. The Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety when you agree to the Application Service Use Agreement. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Application Service Use Agreement.

1. Scope of Application
   (a) The personal registration information that you provide in accordance with the requirements of the Application when you register for an account with the Application;
   (b) Information on your browser and computer automatically received and recorded by this Application when you use the web services of this Application or visit the web pages on the platform of this Application, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, information on hardware and software characteristics, and data such as records of web pages requested by you;

   You understand and agree that the following information is excluded from this Privacy Policy:
   (a) Keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by the Application Platform;
   (b) Data collected by the Application relating to information you post on the Application, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

2. Use of Information
   (a) The Application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, except with your prior permission, or if such third party and the Application (including the Application’s affiliates) provide a service to you, either individually or jointly, and after the end of such service, it will be prohibited from accessing, including all of such information that it was previously able to access.
   (b) The Application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. Any user of the Application Platform who engages in any of the above activities, upon discovery, the Application reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service Agreement with such user.
   © For the purpose of serving users, the Application may provide you with information of interest to you through the use of your Personal Information, including but not limited to sending you information about products and services or sharing information with the Application’s partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Disclosure of Information
   The Application will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your wishes or the law under the following circumstances:
   (a) To a third party with your prior consent;
   (b) When it is necessary to share your personal information with a third party in order to provide the products and services you have requested;

   (d) Disclosure to a third party is required if you appear to have violated relevant Chinese laws and regulations or the Application Service Agreement or related rules;
   (e) If you are a qualified IPR complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, disclosure is made to the respondent so that both parties can deal with possible disputes over rights;
   (f) In a transaction created on the platform of the Application, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills its obligations under the transaction and makes a request for disclosure of information, the Application has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty to his/her transaction, in order to facilitate the fulfillment of the transaction or resolution of the dispute.
   (g) Other disclosures that the Application deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.
4. Information Storage and Exchange
   The information and data collected about you by the Application will be stored on the servers of the Application and/or its affiliates, which may be transferred to and accessed, stored and displayed outside of your country or region or the country where the Application collects the information and data.
5. Use of Cookies
   (a) The Application may set or retrieve cookies on your computer, provided that you have not rejected cookies, to enable you to log in or use services or features of the Application Platform that rely on cookies. The Application uses cookies to provide you with more personalized services, including promotional services.
   (b) You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies, and you may do so by modifying your browser settings; however, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in to or use the Application’s web services or features that rely on cookies.

6. Information Security
   (a) The Application has security protection for your account, so please keep your user name and password information in a safe place. The Application will ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered by encrypting your password and other security measures. Notwithstanding the aforementioned security measures, please note that “perfect security measures” do not exist on the information network.
   (b) When using the application network services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably have to provide information to the counterparty or potential counterparty.
