additional interview
I thought my interviewer was GJ. But when the time came, GJ was still in a meeting, and, the room was unavailable
because an intern was takeing the interview. I was so surprized and ran between the meeting room and interview room
again and again.
It turned out that I was wrong-my interviewer is cy, who was famouse of his strictness and high requirement. I said
I thought my intervier is GJ. cy said(without smile), GJ could interview you if you wished. His words make me rather
nervouse. After chatting for a while, he asked I would like to bj or sh if I entered. I said bj, I would like to
join the football team in bj. Then I told him some stories about football team, which made cy laugh and make me not that
nervous.
My interview was not good. I have to be more interested in algorithms, I get to love CS skills more.
intern project
the task seemed easy, but it contained quite a few diffcult problems when I dived into it. There were some hard troubles
cost me too much time, then I asked interns and some ft in sh, but I did not get the solution. But in the end, I shooted
the troubles.
I thought my feedbacks were not bad, but not bad is not enough. (we should be excellent)

I came back to school a little late(10.8).
I thought I had to review basic knowledges as soon as possible.
On the bus to the place of written test, I took out a C++ book.
I passed the 2 rounds of written test.
1st interview
talked about CV.
then a coding, easy.
2st interview
1st problem was about C++, which I forgot.>_<
2ed probblem was about intelligence test. I deduced it and got the right solution.
Then the interviewer asked what my career plan was.
I talked and talked, the interviewer just lowed down his head. I could not see his face, so I just talked and did not
notice that I had said too much which shew my ambitious. He stopped me and asked where my homeland is.
I felt not good because of being stopped by him.
Then, no more happened.
PS: the recruitment of Xunlei was not good:
1)It wrote it is a "google级别的公司", but it doesn't show something great. I thought maybe Xunlei was a young google, but
I was wrong.
2)called candidates nearly 1:00, and the interview was assigned in the same morning.
3)The guys in the phone were not nice.

I had not loginned the email box which I used to apply google intern for several weeks.
One day, I opened it and was shocked by an email named "Thank you from Google".
I was so down and felt just like being rejected by a wonderful girl I love.
On an early morning of one day, I heared that sa姐 called me.When I tried to find my cell phone, I woke up and found that
the cell phone was off. I told sa jie, she smiled and comforted me:"坚持算法,坚持梦想".

CV problems, not bad.
a coding: design a stupid algorithm. and, coding cost me too long time. and, I did not find out that my algorithm was
too stupid until I went out the room.
This was the worst interview that I had ever taken.
When I returned to dorm, I told AGan:"If I was the interviewer, I will reject this fool".

There were quite a few problems that I did not know. What was even worse, I misunderstanded the meaning of one coding
because the coding style of the problem was rather ugly. I asked the supervisor when there was 7' left, but it was too late.
1st interview

acted well, entered 2ed interview.
2ed interview
The interview did not look at me either!(as 2ed of Xunlei)
I talked and talked about projects, quickly and passionate(Which I learned from Baidu's 2ed intern interviewer).
I forgot the it was late(nearly 7 pm) and the interviewer was tired.
I failed in the 2ed interview, which made me to ask dorm brothers to point out my weakness during interview.
Their opinion was sharp: did not consider the interviewer's feeling, let others feel that I was bad at teamwork.
