Open aero effect in win 7

The methods to open the effect in win 7:

 1. Right click -> Personalization -> windows color -> Open transparent effect. Make sure that you have started the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service. (Services.msc to open)

 2. If you can't find the configuration in the Personalization, please run the windows rating in the system properties. After that you can configure it in the Performance Options, select the "Adjust for best appearance", then you can find that you have configure it well.
