使用seata 处理分布式事务

SEATA服务端 创建配置文件夹registry和文件registry.conf

1. 使用nacos作为配置和注册中心。
2. application 服务名称 springcloudAlibaba 默认名为serverAddr。在项目中我没有办法修改服务名和服务分组，所以先用默认名及默认分组DEFAULT_GROUP
