原理说明
thonny 使用 python 标准库 gettext 进行本地化， thonny.mo 是 thonny.po 编译后 gettext 实际调用的文件 thonny.po 是源码 通过 msgfmt 可以编译 thonny.mo ，事实上，简体中文和繁体中文本地化都是完整的，但是简体中文的大部分翻译被注释了，感兴趣的小伙伴可以问下官方，这啥情况
