按照Eclipse提示：点击 Mark goal features-generate-descriptor as ignored in eclipse preferences; 会在eclipse安装目录中自动新增lifecycle-mapping-metadata.xml文件

例如我本地：

D:/Java/eclipseworkspace/icasems/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.m2e.core/lifecycle-mapping-metadata.xml

一般情况D:/Java/eclipseworkspace/icasems/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.m2e.core/目录下没有lifecycle-mapping-metadata.xml此文件。
