The transaction timeout is larger than the maximum value allowed by the broker

The transaction timeout is larger than the maximum value allowed by the broker (as configured by transaction.max.timeout.ms).
（客户端事务的超时时间，超过了broker端允许的最大值）
根据flink官网查看可知
默认broker端： transaction.max.timeout.ms=15min
客户端的超时时间：不允许超过这个值，而它的默认： transaction.timeout.ms = 1h
两个解决方法：
①在客户端：pros.put(“transaction.timeout.ms”, 15 * 60 * 1000);（小于15min）
②在服务端：修改配置文件：transaction.max.timeout.ms设置超过1小时
