一、更换/etc/apt/sources.list

su root
vi /etc/apt/sources.list

【备注】按i键输入；按esc退出；  :%d //清空文件内容  :wq! //保存文件内容

更新apt：

sudo apt-get update

二、调整ubuntu分辨率:(3条消息) Ubuntu19.04调整分辨率为1920x1080_月明海沧-CSDN博客_ubuntu20分辨率

然后选择settings>devices>Displays>Resolution>1920*1080(16:9)

三、解决Ubuntu与主机之间不能复制粘贴的问题

安装open-vm-tools，实现Ubuntu 全屏显示
$ sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools

安装open-vm-tools-desktop，实现虚拟机和物理机之间的文件相互拖拽和复制、粘贴
$ sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools-desktop -y
