【技能积累】presentation实用技巧积累，常用句式

这一篇记录一下常用的做英文presentation时候的句式，让演讲和介绍更流畅自然。

开场

• Today I am going to give a presentation on …
• The purpose of this presentation is to …
• 如果是线上会议，还要确认一下是否可以被听到：
  Can you hear me all right? Is my voice too loud?

outline大纲

• Our talk today consists of five parts. One is … and …
  介绍每个section的主题。
• First I’ll talk about the motivation, and then introduce the background and literature review briefly, and then move on to data and analysis… 讲论文时按照论文的结构介绍

承接句

• Let’s move on. 引出下一部分内容。
• We will now come to the second section. 引出第二部分

不想具体的谈论某事

• I will give you a very brief account of this matter due to the time limitation. 因为时间关系，只能简单地介绍一下
• I don’t want to spend too much time on this.

被提问的时候

• That’s a good question. 先肯定对方的问题，同时便于自己的思考。
• That’s a tricky question. 暗示对方的问题不好回答。
• I cannot think of any questions off the top of my head. 表示知道答案但是现在记不起来了。
• That’s a good point. I will look into it. 表示对方观点很好，以后会思考和研究一下。

总结

• Let me quickly summarize the conclusion. 总结pre的最终结论。
• To summarize, I have talked about xxx, xx, and xxx 复盘整个演讲。
• Thank you for your attention. 最后感谢一下观众。

Tips:

• 多用图片，少放公式
• 多和观众互动，比如鼓励大家提问，开始时可以说：please feel free to interrupt me at any time.
• 如果不想中途回答问题，也可以说：
• If you have any questions, I will pleased to answer them at the end of the presentation.
