VSCODE使用torch包时出现错误
1.用交互式窗口jupyter运行时
出现：Canceled future for execute_request message before replies were done

2.用VSCODE直接运行时
也报错
Your shell has not been properly configured to use ‘conda activate’.
If using ‘conda activate’ from a batch script, change your
invocation to ‘CALL conda.bat activate’.

然后发现是安装torch包的时候，没有直接下载，卸载了在安装就好
安装pytorch有时出现报错
ERROR: torch has an invalid wheel, .dist-info directory not found

有时会出现下面这个问题，是powershell的问题，把第二个图的右边那里全部关掉，再新建好像就好了，比较神奇
