使用git clone的时候报错：

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/DmitryUlyanov/Multicore-TSNE.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21073 ms: Couldn't connect to server

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/DmitryUlyanov/Multicore-TSNE.git/': Recv failure: Connection was reset

出现这其中的的一个都是代理问题，也有其他帖子说明该问题，这里知识说明解决办法：

直接取消代理：

//取消http代理
git config --global --unset http.proxy
//取消https代理 
git config --global --unset https.proxy

两个代理都取消，也就是上面的两个代码都在命令行运行，如果在终端那么就在终端运行，或者在cmd
