先上解决方法

npm config get registry     # 查看镜像源

镜像大概率为 https://registry.npm.taobao.org/

那么，我们将镜像源切换到 https://registry.npmmirror.com，应该就可以解决

npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com

备用方案

跳过ssl证书验证，可能会存在安全问题，慎用！

yarn config set "strict-ssl" false -g

可以输入

yarn config list

查看状态 “strict-ssl”: true / false
