        The table above describes the employees' job satisfactions for three diffierent age groups in compony.  Half of employees under forty yeras old manifesto their indistinction to job. And one third of them say they are dissatisfied. However, employees aged from 41 to 50 are largely dissatisfied, accounting for 64%,with the rest claiming ''hard to say''. It semms that people over 50 are most content with their jobs, with 40% of them ''satisfied'' with their jobs. Half of them state it's ''hard to say''; only choose ''dissatisfied''.

        Such differences may be accounted for by several reasons. Firstly, people ynder 40 years old are relatively young, who are still exploring their careers. Secondly, employees aged from 41 to 50 face the heaviest burden of supporting children and aged people in their family. Thirdly, people over 50 years old tend to be open-minded towatds success.

        All in all, middle-aged employees are under the greatest pressure in this company, while the younger and the elder feel a little at ease with their jobs.83

 As can be clearly seen from the above bar chart, the number of college students taking part-time jobs is increasing with grade. The freshmen having part-time hobs take up 67% og the total, while the senior students account for 88%.

        It goes without saying that driving factors contributing to the changes may be summarized as follows. To begin with, as feshmen, they spend a lot of time equipping themselves with knowledge so that they can make a good preparation for future work. What's more, when stepping into their fourth year, college students with sufficient theoretical knowledge need to gain practical experience. Therefore, an increasing number of seniors have part-time jobs.

        Based on what has been discussed above, we may reasonably make the comment that college students in different stages have different goals, acquiring theoretical knowledge or practical knowledge. And doing a part-time job enables students not only to enrich valuable experience but also to make some pocket money.88

As the bar graph indicates that the number of people who living in the village has descend from 834 million to 674 million over the twenty years. On the contrary, the number of people who living in the city has increased from 300 million to 666 million.

        There are at least two fundamental causes accounting for these changes.         It goes without saying that the pie chart records the proportion of spending in Spring Festival on one of the cities' residents in China. The cost of new year's gift accounts for 40% and the cost of traffic， parties and other activities all account for 20%.

        Theoretically, several reasons may trigger the trend, but as for my part, the following two are of great value.         There are many reasons contributing to this phenomenon. To begin with, nowadays as the society is filled with fierce competition in our daily life. Secondly, with the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people have a plan to travel the world and have profound understanding of foreign culture and civilization. 

        In conclusion, no matter what reason it is for, traveling is a better way to broaden college students' horizons and ease their negative emotions83.

It goes without saying that there are many factors have an influence on the restaurant chosen by the consumer. As is clearly reflected in the chart, each portion represents a totally different element, including service, price, environment, features of restaurants, and so on. In particular, the proportion of features of restaurants accounts for 36.6 percent which outweighs that of all the others. Obviously, this tendency should be given more attention.

In my opinion, the following two are of greater importance. In the first place, there are more and more people need a admirable environment to have a meal. Have a better also means that there is better healthy and clean ingredients. In addition, it is inevitable that people want to experience something new. So that is why the features of restaurant outweighs of all the others.

According to the analysis above, it is obvious that the trend reflected in the chart will remain for some time in the future.81
