运行flutter doctor
1、CocoaPods not installed.报错

 CocoaPods not installed.
        CocoaPods is used to retrieve the iOS and macOS platform side's plugin code that responds
        to your plugin usage on the Dart side.
        Without CocoaPods, plugins will not work on iOS or macOS.
        For more info, see https://flutter.dev/platform-plugins
      To install see https://guides.cocoapods.org/using/getting-started.html#installation for
      instructions.

终端 运行 sudo gem install cocoapods 解决

2、**Downloaded executables cannot execute on host.**报错，提示mac和下载的Flutter好像不兼容

直接运行 flutter upgrade 安装个最新版本的

3、Android Studio not found at……报错

其实这个问题是Flutter找不到你的Android Studio的安装目录了，重新设置一下就行，一般我们在mac上的android studio的安装目录为/Applications/Android\ Studio.app

运行 flutter config --android-studio-dir=/Applications/Android Studio.app
