Mysql报错：ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ‘root’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)解决方法。

很多帖子说先在/etc/mysql/my.cnf中加上skip-grant-tables进行免密登录，然后设置新的密码，再删掉或注释skip-grant-tables，就解决了。
但是我的问题可能比较顽固，在去掉skip-grant-tables重启后又报同样的错，解决方法如下：

其实是user表中没有root权限了，先利用免密登录进入mysql，创建root权限

然后改密码
