[注]Searched in:下面显示的路径为nltk_data文件的下载保存位置，否则读取不到文件

下载nltk_data

运行 Python 解释器并输入命令：

>>> import nltk
>>> nltk.download()

应打开一个新窗口，显示 NLTK 下载器。

①的Download Directory 应该在报错信息中的Searched in:中选择一个路径，然后执行②(下载)。

环境变量

将Download Directory 的文件路径(......\nltk_data)添加到系统环境变量Path中
