看不懂这个翻译什么意思，然后我就在高手云集的CSDN中我寻找了很久，找到了问题的原因：最开始在Anaconda中配置环境时可能下载了多个环境，导致libiomp5md.dll出现了重复。并找到了解决的方法：删除其中一个或者将其中一个改名。这里我选择了改名，这样万一以后需要也不会出现找不到的情况。

改名之后就可以运行代码啦。
