问题原因：网络原因

如果你的网络连github都进不去，那么自然就连接不上你的github仓库，所以我换了热点，换了热点后，我的网络就能进github了，自然而然，git bash 就会上传成功了，所以这个问题大部分还是网络原因，换个流畅的网络就好了，同时你也会在github上发现，你上传的文件显示的是你上传失败的那个时间。就是这么简单，如果换个网络还不行的话就不太清楚了。、

网络太差了，换个网络，能进github的网就能上传成功
