windows + apache2.4 + flask+ python3.7 虚拟环境部署

一、使用虚拟环境关键点

1、在虚拟环境Scripts中增加 activate_this.py 文件，3.7版本没有，3.5版本有，拷贝过去即可。

2、添加一个.wsgi文件

3、系统调试：调试.wsgi  文件 使用 python xxx.wsgi  不报错程序可正常运行
