react项目启动时报错

刚克隆下来的项目，安装过依赖后npm start报错。报错信息如上：

已经尝试过的方法：

1. 删除node_modules文件夹再重新安装

2. 换用yarn安装依赖

3. 安装了最新版的node后不报错，但是也运行不起来，同时其他项目因为node版本过高而报错。只好又卸载安装了旧版本。如下
