第一题是考试规矩知情确认。

第二题：

Draw the gate symbols: 'AND', 'OR', 'NOT' and 'XOR'.Write the Boolean expressions and truth tables. Please also draw a"NOR" gate schematic consisting of p-MoS and N-MOS. [10']

非常简单，数电or​离散基础。

第三题：

电路分析，矩形波阶跃反馈驱动​，误差信号。​

a. Fill in the remaining waveforms of the phase voltage waveform Whase, the inductor current /z and the diode currentIdz in CCM mode (inductor current is continuous) and DCM mode (inductor current is discontinuous) in Fig.2. [6']

b. Assume Vdiode=0, Given Yn, Vut L , switch frequency fw, calculate the ripple current of inductor 4l. [7']

c. Which parameters of which components in the circuit affect conversion efficiency? Please list as many as possible. [7']

第四题：

理想放大器模电分析

a. Describe the function of the following circuit and calculate the load current lut. [5’]
b. If we need the MOSFET to turn on as quick as possible, assume Vi can issue an ideal square step, Which parameter of the OP-AMP should we be most concerned about? What is the reason?[8"
c. Where to place a capacitor will help improve the stability of the circuit below? [7']
