SpringMVC自定義Converter配置需要注意

配置完converter之后需要
<mvc:annotation-driven/>加上
conversion-service="conversionService"来注册自定义的Converter否则将调用不到自定义的Converter，
即：
<mvc:annotation-driven conversion-service="conversionService"/>
